Having come from a professional background of corporate banking, Shar understands the demands of everyday working life. He also understands the important role that yoga and meditation can play in bringing the demands of life into balance, having dedicated the last 15 years of his life to practising and learning various modalities in meditation and yoga.
Shar’s teaching philosophy is based on a simple truth:
“The benefits of yoga and meditation cannot be gained by talking about it; it can only be had by the direct experience of it.”
With that in mind, Shar seeks to provide students with the skills to learn, practice and experience the joys of yoga and meditation by developing their own practice.
