Frequently asked questions.

We love sharing yoga with those new to the practice. If this is your first class, please let your teacher know so they can offer modifications.

If you have an injury or are coming to yoga as a result of an injury we do recommend that you speak to your yoga teacher before class.

If you are practicing online, please log in early and speak with your teacher and make them aware that you are new to the practice or any injuries you may carry.

We always suggest something light, comfortable that allows you to stretch and not overheat.

Please bring a water bottle and towel

You do not need shoes in yoga

We do not speciffically offer pre natal classes.

we do not recommend starting yoga if you have never practiced before. Unless you speak to your doctor or do a pre-natal class.

If you have been practicing pre-pregnancy then we do recommend continuing based on medical clearance.

Yoga is a great practice for so many reasons. If you are suffering from specific injuries we do recommend speaking to a professional that is able to give you the correct clearance.

In our experience, A strong or physical yoga practice can often be too much if you already are in pain or suffering from injury.
