Corporate.
Cancellation: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy on our corporate classes. Failure to cancel before this time will incur the full fee or charge for the class.
Reschedule: We can reschedule the class if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
*Please understand that we do book our teachers in advance and have to pay them if 24 hours notice is not provided.
All bookings are made via submitting our online form. You will receive confirmation of your booking via email.
Single Session: We will send an invoice upon completion of your session.
6 Week Programs: We will send an invoice at the beginning of the program, payment is to be made in full after 3 sessions.
Weekly Sessions: We invoice monthly.
Please note that a 24-hour policy applies for corporate livestream sessions. Failure to provide notice will result in a the full charge of the class to be paid.
Livestream / Virtual.
Please check our livestream schedule or up-to-date information on all classes. (We are currently not running any livestream classes)
To make life seamless, we do encourage you to book all classes online via the Flow Lab website
Flow Lab reserves the right to cancel or change studio classes or teachers.
You can CANCEL your class right up until the class commences.
NO SHOWS will lose their class credit.
Have your camera on for the best results and be a part of the online community.
Not having your camera on increases your liability risk if we cannot see what you are doing and provide you with the correct feedback.
