Frequently Asked Questions

    • We love sharing yoga with those new to the practice. If this is your first class, please let your teacher know so they can offer modifications.

    • If you have an injury or are coming to yoga as a result of an injury we do recommend that you speak to your yoga teacher before class.

    • If you are practicing online, please log in early and speak with your teacher and make them aware that you are new to the practice or any injuries you may carry.

    • We always suggest something light, comfortable that allows you to stretch and not overheat.

    • Please bring a water bottle and towel

    • You do not need shoes in yoga

    • We do not speciffically offer pre natal classes.

    • we do not recommend starting yoga if you have never practiced before. Unless you speak to your doctor or do a pre-natal class.

    • If you have been practicing pre-pregnancy then we do recommend continuing based on medical clearance.

    • Yoga is a great practice for so many reasons. If you are suffering from specific injuries we do recommend speaking to a professional that is able to give you the correct clearance.

    • In our experience, A strong or physical yoga practice can often be too much if you already are in pain or suffering from injury.
