6 WEEKS OF YOGA

This program is designed to help improve posture, increase movement, and find inner peace and calm. Over six weeks, you'll learn a variety of yoga poses and techniques that will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance, both physically and mentally.

Each week, we'll focus on a different theme related to yoga, such as grounding, balance, and mindfulness. Through guided yoga classes, breathing exercises, and meditation, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of these practices and integrate them into your daily routine.

In addition to improving your physical health, these classes will help you cultivate a sense of inner peace and calm. As you learn to connect with your breath and tune into the present moment, you'll find yourself feeling more centered and grounded, both on and off the mat.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, these sessions will provide you with the tools and support you need to deepen your practice. Join us for six weeks of growth, learning, and transformation. (We can deliver the class in 45 or 60 min)


6 WEEKS OF MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS

This program is designed to help you cultivate a regular meditation practice and bring mindfulness into your daily life. Over the course of six weeks, you'll learn a variety of techniques and practices that will help you reduce stress, increase focus and concentration, and improve overall well-being.

Each week, we'll explore a different theme related to meditation and mindfulness, such as breath awareness, body scan, loving-kindness, and mindful eating. Through guided meditations, journaling prompts, and group discussions, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of these practices and integrate them into your daily routine.

These sessions will provide you with the tools and support you need to develop a consistent meditation practice and cultivate greater mindfulness in your life. (Classes run in 30 & 45 duration)
