Wilma Olsson

Wilma was raised on a horse farm on the countryside of a small island in Sweden. At the age of 16, her first introduction to yoga was through journaling and meditation - two tools she used to manage the stress she experienced throughout her years in school.

In her early 20s he spent a few years on-and-off backpacking through South East Asia, and especially Bali became a second home to her. Back in Sweden during Covid, Yoga became an anchor in her daily life.

When she went to Bali in February 2023 she did her 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud - one of the most magical things she’s ever done. In her personal practice, she mostly practices Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin, but has also grown to love the challenge of an Ashtanga class every now and then. 

After a long trip living out of her backpack, she has settled here in Sydney, where she wants to support others to reach new levels of body awareness, clarity, and connection. Her classes are built with a focus on self-compassion and strong and mindful movement and will leave you feeling present, calm and centered.
